All items will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS Priority Mail

Exchanges and Returns

All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date the product was received.  Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material.

Please note:  Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned with 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to our distributor.  We will charge you the original cost to reship the exchanged item back to you.

Refunds

Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee ( ususally 10% but, can be up to 20% depending on the condition of the product).  Shipping charges are not fefundable.  You will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to our distributor.

Return Authorization

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization.

Please note:  You will be responsible for insuring the package to guard against loss or damage along with the fees a shipping costs associated to ship the item back to our distributor.
